 Ghanaian beef kebab, also known as "suya," is a popular street food in Ghana made with skewered and grilled beef that has been marinated in a flavorful spice blend. Here is a recipe for making Ghanaian beef kebab/suya at home:



Ingredients:

- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into thin strips

- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes

- 1/4 cup groundnut (peanut) oil

- 2 tbsp ground ginger

- 2 tbsp ground paprika

- 1 tbsp onion powder

- 1 tbsp garlic powder

- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper

- Salt, to taste


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the groundnut oil, ginger, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt to make the marinade.
